Georgina Fiske

How did you get your start in the Music Industry?
I started in my local FReeZA group when I was 16/17. FReeZA is a group of young people who organise events for young people. It was really exciting to put on events that I wanted to see in the community and that I knew my friends wanted to go to. I spent a few years in FReeZA and I worked my way up to Event Manager of our largest event of the year, Push Start Comp Regionals with headliner, Ruby Fields. This event was the highlight of my time in FReeZA.
Are you working on anything at the moment?
I have two artists on my management roster, Fiske. Both OH! Daisy and Brad Keeghan have a HUGE year ahead of them from releases to gigs!
What's your favourite memory from being a part of the Music Industry?
Working on festivals and events is my leisure time. I love watching and being involved in such big operations. A highlight will definitely be working Artist Liaison at Laneway Festival 2023. There I got to work with artists including Fred again.., FINNEAS, Phoebe Bridgers and HAIM.
What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Treat everyone like they'll be your boss one day.
